Gas Dehydration Systems

Petronash’s Gas Dehydration Systems utilize advanced liquid media technology, including Triethylene Glycol (TEG), Diethylene Glycol (DEG), and Monoethylene Glycol (MEG), to effectively remove water from natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs). These systems are crucial for preventing hydrate formation, condensation of free water, and corrosion in processing and transportation facilities.

Advanced Design for Optimal Performance

Our dehydration systems are engineered to meet the stringent water content specifications required by the industry, ensuring operational integrity and efficiency. Each system is tailored for specific applications, offering:

  • Low moisture content in discharged gas, typically within the range of 3 to 7 lb. water/MMSCF gas.
  • High dehydration capacity with minimal glycol losses.
  • Energy-efficient operations that minimize power consumption.

Customization and Automation

Petronash specializes in custom-designing systems to meet specific operational needs, including automated operations for remote production facilities. We also provide MEG regeneration packages for reconditioning MEG used in hydrate inhibition processes, further extending the utility and efficiency of our dehydration solutions.

Reliability and Maintenance

Designed for easy maintenance and reliable operation, our systems ensure continuous performance across diverse operational environments, from offshore platforms to onshore processing plants.
