UAE

Situated in Jebel Ali, UAE, our manufacturing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology , tools, and equipment, enabling us to efficiently produce, assemble, and test modular systems, piping, and skids. Conveniently located within the Jebel Ali Free Zone, just 40 km from Dubai, our manufacturing and assembly yard is in close proximity to the Jebel Ali Free Zone sea port.

This facility has the capability to manufacture skids up to dimensions of 13 meters in length, 6 meters in width, and 7 meters in height

Saudi Arabia

Our manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia is outfitted with state-of-the-art machinery, equipment, and automated systems. Our technical expertise encompasses design, engineering, manufacturing, and testing of a wide range of products, including Modular Wellsite Packages, Chemical Injection Skids, Wellhead Control Panels, HIPS, and more.

This facility has the capability to manufacture skids up to dimensions of 13 meters in length, 6 meters in width, and 7 meters in height. This facility holds approval from Saudi Aramco.

Qatar

Our manufacturing plant in Qatar is equipped with advanced machinery, equipment and automated systems. Technical capabilities include Design, Engineering, Manufacturing & Testing of our products including Modular Wellsite Packages, Chemical Injections Skids, Wellhead Control Panels, HIPS and others.

This facility has the capability to manufacture skids up to dimensions of 13 meters in length, 6 meters in width, and 7 meters in height.

India

PETRONASH Engineering Unit II, situated at SIPCOT Industrial Park, Irungattukottai, Sriperumbudur, India, operates as a comprehensive product development and manufacturing facility, complete with meticulously planned testing infrastructure, warehouses, and more.

Employing cutting-edge technology and the latest machinery, including CNC Turning Centre, CNC Turn-mill, Vertical Machine Centre, Lathe machines, Drilling machine, Milling machine, and Band saw cutting machine, we ensure the production of high-quality products.

UAE Manufacturing Facility

Structural Manufacturing

Key features and capabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • The structural fabrication shop has a dedicated 26000 sq. ft. area

  • Equipped with semi-automatic and automatic machinery to handle the most complicated of structural works.

  • A dedicated 20-tonne crane area is available to handle skids of higher tonnage with ease.

  • Structural fabrication can also be carried out using a combination of stainless steel and carbon steel materials using dissimilar welding procedures.

  • Material traceability is ensured during manufacturing and is traceable to material test reports. The traceability of welders for all major welds is also maintained. Automatic, low-stress stenciling machines are used for all material marking needs.

  • Overhead Crane (Size & Number) – 5 MT-1, 10 MT-3, 20 MT -1

  • Robotic coping machine

Machinery includes: Band SAW machine suitable to cut almost all sizes of structural members.

Tank Manufacturing

Machineries include

  • Water jet cutting machine with a capacity of up to 100 mm thicknesses

Key features and capabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Our tanks fabrication division is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for rolling, cutting, beveling, and welding tanks.
  • We have successfully designed, manufactured, and supplied stainless steel tanks and pressure vessels as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1, API 650, UL-142 ,GOST, and DOSH requirements.
  • Guidelines for handling stainless steel materials are followed strictly to ensure stainless steel materials are not prone to any type of contamination.
  • Overhead Crane (Size & Number) – 10 MT – 2 No.

Piping and Spools Manufacturing

Key features and capabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • The piping manufacturing shop has a dedicated closed area of 11,000 Sq.ft
  • The piping manufacturing shop employs a highly skilled workforce and is well-developed to work according to different work specifications.
  • The materials used for piping are Carbon Steel (ASTM A53 Gr. A/B, A106 Gr. A/B, API 5L Gr. A/B, API 5L X60) and low-temperature steel (ASTM A333 Gr.6) through non-ferrous materials, such as Inconel 825, Monel, Stainless Steel (316L), Super Duplex Stainless Steel and titanium.
  • TIG Welding Sets (Size & Number) 400 A: 8 units’ high frequency.
  • Hydro Test Facilities (Description) Bucket pumps, pneumatic test benches, chart recorders, and test gauges.
  • PWHT Facilities – third party

WHCP Enclosure Manufacturing

Key features and capabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • The WHCP enclosure manufacturing shop has a dedicated 15000 Sq.ft area
  • The manufacturing division is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery such as 5-axis CNC waterjet cutting machines, CNC bending machines, shearing machines, press brake machines, automatic tube bending machines, and corner notching machines.
  • With over a decade of cumulative experience and expertise, combined with our state-of-the-art precision equipment, Petronash is capable of manufacturing components to the highest standards.
  • TIG/MIG welding, riveting, and spot welding processes are used in the manufacturing of our stainless steel cabinets.
  • We can manufacture and test control panels as per the requirements of NEMA 4X and IP X6 by ensuring that the design and manufacturing requirements of the applicable standards are complied with.
  • Overhead Crane (Size & Number) 10 MT – 2 No.

Coating & Painting

Key features and capabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Our coating division is approved by all major international paint manufacturers and has all the necessary qualifications and equipment to carry out projects as per international standards.
  • We have highly skilled staff for surface preparation, coating application, inspection, and HSE, with more than 25 years of experience in the coating field, and qualified inspectors with NACE & British Gas certifications.
  • Petronash is capable of blasting and painting as per most onshore/offshore specification requirements for skid packages, storage tanks, pipes, and spools, as well as fireproofing structures.
  • Our facilities include dedicated closed shed shops for blasting & painting.
  • All surface preparation work is completed as per the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), Swedish Standards (SA, St), Steel Structures Painting Council (SSPC), and British Standards.
  • Overhead Crane (Size & Number) – 10 MT – 1 No.

Special Coating Approvals include:

  • Tetra fluro ethylene based Infrared reflective coating
  • Approved applicator of tetrafluoroethylene-based infrared reflective coating that reflects sunlight and prevents inside temperature from rising owing to heat absorption.
  • The infrared reflective effect of the coating prevents the surface temperature from rising owing to heat absorption of the panel at least 10 degrees centigrade, compared with surfaces not given the same coating in similar conditions.
  • Fireproofing Application
  • Approved applicator of mesh-free passive fire protection (PFP) coating
  • To protect process plants and structures from the effects of the over-pressure produced by the gas explosion and any subsequent fire, it is common practice to use blast panels and passive fire protection (PFP).
  • If a gas explosion precedes a fire, the blast panel and fire protective coating must remain intact.

Packages Assembly & Testing

Key features and capabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • This shop has a dedicated area of 97,000 Sq.ft
  • The workforce for assembly and testing is supervised by the same team in charge of piping manufacturing.
  • Our workforce for the assembly of packages is also well-trained to troubleshoot any problem arising during the assembly and testing of packages and resolve it as per the duly approved processes by QA/QC.
  • The proximity of assembly yards to the piping manufacturing shops and central warehouses helps reduce material movement.
  • Each package and its subassemblies are identified by its unique serial number/tag number, starting from the manufacturing stage until assembly, testing, and delivery to the customer.
  • Our assembly team is well-trained to ensure that components issued against each package are assembled in the respective package to maintain package-wise traceability.
  • The assembly and testing team is capable of carrying out various tests on packages ranging from pressure testing to factory acceptance testing and flushing.
  • The layout of our open yards for assembly and testing is planned in such a way as to enable us to have direct access to the loading and delivery of packages on trailers and other heavy vehicles. Also, the yards have enough clear space around the gantry cranes for heavy tonnage cranes to take position for the lifting of packages. This facilitates the loading of packages lying away from the entrance or even exceptionally heavy packages that cannot be lifted by gantry cranes.
  • We have a specialist team of electrical technicians commonly working on WHCP and modular packages to carry out complex internal wiring of local control panels and PLC-based panels, as well as the wiring of the most advanced instruments. Our electrical team is also trained in carrying out cable tray layout, cabling, landing, and termination as per best industry practices.
  • Gantry Crane (Size & Number) – 10 MT – 3 Nos. and 5 MT – 4 Nos.

Inspection and Testing

Petronash firmly believes quality is of paramount importance in the execution of its manufacturing and service operations in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standards.

We have a strong team of QC inspectors who are experienced, trained, and certified in NDT, welding, and paint inspections.

Customer requirements for inspection and testing are clearly understood at the very early stages of the project and complied with throughout all phases of project execution.

Calibration Lab

The Calibration Laboratory at Petronash is an in-house centre of excellence for the calibration of all types of measuring and monitoring devices used on projects. At Petronash, the use of only properly calibrated devices is of paramount importance. It is corporate policy that all measuring and monitoring devices needed on projects are purchased, owned, maintained, and regularly calibrated by the Calibration Lab.

  • The laboratory is equipped with all necessary master equipment traceable to national and international standards.
  • The calibration lab ensures that all monitoring and measuring devices are fit for use and are maintained to defined accuracy and acceptable standards.
  • The respective users take monitoring and measuring devices from the laboratory, use them as required, and then return them to the laboratory for recalibration on due dates.

Warehousing Facilities

Petronash has a well-maintained spacious warehouse. The entire facility covers an area of approximately 27,000 Sq.ft.

Key features and capabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Powered by the SAP system, we ensure that our storage requirements and inventory management needs are met
  • Providing real-time visibility at all levels to control stock, streamline purchases, and improve production.
  • With AISLE Master, material movement tow tractor, and combilift, we have state-of-the-art material handling equipment for hassle-free material movements.
  • We have an in-house designed and built racking facility to suit the specific requirements of heavy structural storage.
  • Equipped with 24hrs CCTV surveillance, the entire warehouse premises are a safe and controlled environment. No unauthorized access to the premises is allowed.

  • We have successfully designed, manufactured and supplied stainless steel tanks and pressure vessels as per API 650, UL-142,  
  • Guidelines for handling of stainless-steel materials are followed strictly to ensure stainless steel materials are not prone to any type of contaminants.

Piping and Spools Manufacturing

Key features and capabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • The piping manufacturing shop has a dedicated closed area of 21400 sq.ft
  • The Piping manufacturing shop employs a highly-skilled workforce and is well-developed to work according to different work specifications.
  • The department holds more than 17 approved welding procedures endorsed by international third-party agencies, such as Lloyds Register, ABS, and Bureau VERITAS.
  • The materials used for piping are Carbon Steel (ASTM A53 Gr. A/B, A106 Gr. A/B, API 5L Gr. A/B, API 5L X60) and low-temperature steel (ASTM A333 Gr.6) through non-ferrous materials, such as Inconel 825, Monel, Stainless Steel (316L), Super Duplex Stainless Steel and titanium.

  • The proximity of assembly yards to the piping manufacturing shop and central warehouse helps reduce material movement.
  • Our testing facility is equipped with Protection walls & Camera with a monitor for safe operations
  • Each package and its subassemblies are identified by its unique serial number/tag number, starting from the manufacturing stage until assembly, testing, and delivery to the customer.
  • Our assembly team is well-trained to ensure that components issued against each package are assembled in the respective package to maintain package-wise traceability.
  • The assembly and testing team is capable of carrying out various tests on packages, ranging from pressure testing to factory acceptance testing and flushing.
  • Special lifting trolleys are designed and fabricated by Petronash to move heavy skids out of the shop
  • We have a specialist team of electrical technicians commonly working on WHCP and modular packages to carry out complex internal wiring of Local Control Panels and PLC-based panels, as well as the wiring of the most advanced instruments. Our electrical team is also trained in carrying out cable tray layout, cabling, landing, and termination as per best industry practices.
