U.M.Rao
ChairmanMr. U.M. Rao is the founder and Chairman of Petronash group.
He began his career in the year 1991 and has since served in numerous capacities in the field of Instrumentation with Oil and Gas companies in India and Middle East. Under his dynamic leadership, Petronash has achieved worldwide recognition as a leading and reputed manufacturer of Oil and Gas field Equipment, particularly Modular Wellsite Packages, Chemical Injection Skids, Wellhead Control Panels and various Process Equipment and Instrument Packages.
For over 20 years, Mr. Rao has led Petronash through a rapid and steady growth with operations throughout Middle East, India, Far East, Europe, USA and Africa.
Mr. Rao is an alumni of MK University, India and has received his Bachelor Degree in Engineering in the field of Instrumentation and Control.
M.Srinivasa Raju
CEOSrini Raju, as he is popularly known, has been an integral part of the Petronash family since the year 2008. His appointment as the CEO was a successful transition from his previous role as the Director of Operations. He is widely credited for transforming the company by streamlining the entire business process of Petronash with key initiatives like Business Process Reengineering, ERP implementation and Computerization in all our Global offices to bring in Standardization and Operational efficiency across the organization.
Known for his hands-on approach, quick decision-making skills and attention to detail, he was also instrumental in introducing various key innovative and technological initiatives and developments to Petronash.
Prior to joining Petronash, he has held various technical and leadership roles in Oil & Gas, IT and Finance across reputed organizations like BPCL, Siemens, General Electric and UHC.
Srini Raju is a keen athlete, a passionate cricketer, and an avid reader with deep interest in keeping up with latest developments in New technologies and Automation.
Mr. Mathieu Al Kharfan
CFOMathieu has over 14 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in various Finance & Operational leadership roles around the world.
Mathieu has spent most of his career working in with reputed global oil and gas company, where he built the foundations of the support functions of the business for the Middle-East and Asia-Pacific regions, integrated new business acquisitions, as well as drove multiple business improvement initiatives, leading to a successful sale of the company to new investors in 2014. More recently he oversaw the Asia-Pacific operations, leading the business to diversify into Decommissioning with some significant long-term contracts, in addition to developing new M&A and strategic partnerships.
In his previous experience, Mathieu worked for General Electric under its premier Financial Management Program, before leading the Financial integration of Sondex Wireline into General Electric
Mathieu holds an MBA in International Management and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering. Mathieu is a keen swimmer who also regularly practices yoga and does triathlon races.
